Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide essential nursing care and support to residents to achieve positive resident outcomes.Your Key Responsibilities Will BePersonal Care: Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming.Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed and documenting medication records.Health Monitoring: Observing and recording residents' vital signs, symptoms, and changes in health.Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for minor wounds.Assessment and Reporting: Conducting health assessments and reporting changes to the supervising RN or healthcare team and on eCase.Skills & ExperienceCurrent AHPRA RegistrationKnowledge of Aged Care accreditation standardsAdaptable, passionate and willing to learnCollaborative and strong teamworkFriendly and effective communication abilitiesReady to ApplyYou must have Australian Working Rights and a NDIS Worker Screening Check (or be willing to obtain one).
