Internship
Mirvac Design is an award-winning creative studio that brings together creative professionals from a diverse range of disciplines: architecture, urban, interior and service design, digital engineering and graphic design.
As an Architectural Intern, you will dive into iconic projects, from modern apartments to large masterplanned communities across the country. You will work closely with our Project Architects and the wider Design team with exposure to the design process from concept through to completion.
This internship is your chance to sharpen your design and documentation skills, collaborate with external consultants, and connect with our internal Construction and Development teams. It's a unique opportunity to build your portfolio and gain valuable industry experience.
**Internship highlights**:
11-month paid Internship in your area of study, around your study schedule (Feb - Dec 2026)
Rotations across job families and asset classes for some Internships
Participation in a Hatch Innovation Project
Asset site tours
Corporate learning programs to build upon your professional and technical skills
Property education modules
Networking opportunities across business teams and our Executive Leadership Team
Support structure including a Manager, Buddy and Intern Program HR Team
Am I eligible for the Internship program?
**If you meet the following criteria, please apply**:
Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
Availability to work a minimum of 2-3 days per week
Penultimate year of your Bachelor or Masters' degree in Architecture due to complete your studies in 2026
Prior experience in Revit would be advantageous
Display an innate curiosity, eagerness to learn, positive can do attitude
Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to problem solve in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Collaborative nature, with the ability to form strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
Passionate about delivering customer focused quality, leaving a positive legacy in the communities in which you operate
