Overview
Are you passionate about hospitality and customer service? We are seeking a dynamic and driven Catering Team Leader to manage our restaurant's front-of-house operations. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant
Provide exemplary customer service and resolve any issues promptly
Oversee cash handling, sales, and daily financial balancing
Supervise and train team members to maintain high standards
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with club policies
Experience and Qualifications
Responsible Service of Alcohol (Qld)
Proven experience in managing a restaurant or similar venue
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and with diverse teams
