Responsibilities
Complete a wide range of residential maintenance tasks for real estate clients across the Illawarra region.
Basic carpentry (e.g. hanging doors, installing door hardware).
Painting, gyprock and wall patch repairs.
Flyscreens, basic tiling, minor fencing.
General property clean-ups, rubbish removal, basic gardening, and more.
What You'll Need
A reliable ute or dual cab – or a vehicle with a trailer.
Your own hand tools and power tools.
A willingness to represent Fixer Uppers with integrity on every job.
A positive, can-do attitude and genuinely enjoy helping others.
Hours & Pay
2–4 days per week (with potential for more).
Ideal for semi-retired tradies, flexible workers, or those not seeking full-time employment.
The average work day consists of 5–8 hours, depending on job requirements.
