We are seeking those with a passion for caring for the elderly, who want to start their career with a caring, supportive, and progressive company. Our client, well-established Aged Care, and Healthcare organisation are seeking new team members (trainees) to join their Aged Care team.

No experience is required. On-the-job training, along with paid attendance at Accredited Training to gain your Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care)

You will be offered a set 24-month contract, for the traineeship, with locked-in shifts on the negotiated days and hours, agreed to by you, during recruitment.

- Ability to pass/present a clear National Police Check, or willing to obtain
- Working Rights in Australia
- Have regular availability (minimum 3 days a week)
- Good communication skills
- Want to work and care for the elderly?
- Prepared to learn (on the job and in class) to complete your traineeship in Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021).

**Shifts**

Shifts are available Monday to Sunday, at the following times:
AM - 7:00am to 3:00pm

PM - 3:00pm to 10:00pm

To begin with, you will be offered Monday to Friday, AM shifts ONLY - until you complete your fast-tracked accredited training units and signed off with your on-the-job training by our Clinical Team.

- Personal Care (showering, dressing, grooming)
- Meal assistance
- Toileting assistance
- Bed making, room tidying up
- The setting of tables and meals for residents
- Social activities
- Ability to listen, build a report, and work with a range of clients and other staff
