Boasting beautiful home and baby products our client is implementing a new role to drive the design and development of the prints and products. The primary purpose of this role will be to lead the design and development of the ranges, with a focus on driving innovation and quality.

Identify innovation opportunities and deliver seasonal products that meet the brand essence of sustainability and performance.

**Key Responsibilities & Skills**:

- Working closely with the GM you will drive the design team to deliver commercial ranges inline with the brand DNA from concept to delivery
- Help drive the 2-3 year design pipeline.
- Manage the design process for samples, as per the critical path to deliver on time.
- Build an internal production and innovation team, work with third-party partners and R&D facilities.
- Manage the Designer and Graphic Designer
- Oversee and execute the design and seasonal colour range for all products.
- Develop the seasonal artworks and prints for the range using designer software
- Oversee and lead the Quality Assurance process

**Ideally You Will Have**:

- A Babywear, Childrenswear, Homewares or Textiles background.
- An advanced understanding of technical product development.
- Garment construction knowledge.
- Current and evolving knowledge of worldwide market conditions and developments in the relevant global innovation space.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
- High innovation, resourcefulness and adaptability with strong decision-making skills.
