**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- It is an exciting time to join the Workday Support Team at Mercy Health as we deploy the Workday platform at Mercy Health
- This leadership position encompasses responsibilities to develop training strategies and plans to support the implementation of the Workday system.
- Reporting to the Group Manager - Workday, this role will collaborate with business leaders across Mercy Health to capture their unique requirements to inform the training required to successfully embed the Workday solution.
- This is a full-time, permanent role based from our Richmond office with hybrid working available (3 days in the office; 2 WFH or at another site).

**ABOUT YOU**:

- We are seeking a proven specialist with demonstrable success deploying the Workday platform within a complex, diverse and evolving environment that can evidence their values based leadership and offer an authentic, engaging and agile character.
- You will hold extensive experience and demonstrated competency in the following areas - Substantial experience and understanding of the Workday platform;
- Ability to model high quality educational experience including teaching, supervision and simulation training;
- Strong understanding of people management processes, workflows, and best practices;
- Experience in online learning module creation and LMS functionality..
