**Role Purpose**

The ways to connect with customers is rapidly evolving. We are looking to innovate in how we are connecting with customers and effectively leveraging technology, data and insights to step change and enhance the in store experience across all customer touchpoints.

In this newly created role of Content Developer - In Store Marketing, your mission will be to bring our brand to life through best-in-class content that supports the Woolworths brand ambitions through the creation of contextually relevant and engaging content for in store digital channels including screens and other in store digital media assets.

You will also help define what content goes where to support our strategic objectives and brand strategy, delivering the content customers are looking for. It is a collaborative position where you will work with our partners and stakeholders to deliver an omnichannel content strategy for our in store channels.

**What You'll Do**
- Developing content, creative, production briefs to support In store digital marketing channels
- Managing Greenhouse and agencies for creation and production
- Develop and implement strategies and tools to continually monitor and evaluate performance, to ensure continual improvement, and to help inform future projects and campaigns
- Managing uploading / removing / pivoting of CMS / content needs
- Work as a collaborative member of the team, and leverage trends and insights into building creative briefs and responses
- Ensuring all assets and pieces of work created are strategically aligned, meet nutritional guidelines, are legally compliant, adhere to brand guidelines and are delivered in the right format Build and maintain efficient and effective relationships with our key partners; our production agency and internal stakeholders across squads and chapters**What You'll Bring**

- Knowledge of the retail industry and/ or major food brand Experience in other marketing/ digital marketing channels
