**Description**:
We are looking for a new Technical Retail Assistant to join our Roseworthy team. This fulltime opportunity is ideal for someone technically minded who has a positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for Agriculture.

Our Parts department sits in the centre of all the action, speaking with our customers daily, you work in partnership with our Sales and Service team to help get them the right part as quickly as possible.

Roseworthy is our largest branch, located 45mins from Adelaide with a diverse customer base ranging across Broadacre, Viticulture and the domestic market.

We need passionate people who pride themselves on delivering good quality customer service, enjoys working in a small, connected team and is genuinely excited by our extensive product range.

As family run organisation, we are one of Australia's top John Deere dealerships and pride ourselves in fostering a supportive working environment. With 15 branches across Victoria and South Australia we champion our internal talent and encourage long term career development.

**About the Role**:
**This customer centric role will see you**:

- Act as the key point of call for all Retail Parts Sales
- Handle all Internal sales to Service and Sales departments
- Actively follow up on customer quotations and backorders
- Keep customers informed of new parts, services available, and dealer merchandising programs
- Order processing including picking, packing and distribution
