About the role:
Due to a large Data centre wins we are on the look out for strong Services Supervisors in the West and North West areas of Melbourne, around Melton, Truganina or Craigieburn. The projects are currently in the very early stages, so it is a good opportunity to get involved from the start.

As a Supervisor, you will review construction work and provide expert, technical input on applicable compliance requirements, investigating and proactively recommend improvements to ensure delivery in accordance with relevant standards and within agreed timeframe and budgetary parameters. You will also be expected to recommend changes to construction processes to facilitate continuous improvement and ensure the best approach to Construction and Engineering projects.

To be successful you will need:
- 5 years or more experience on large scale building projects - over $100m- Strong Services Package experience- Background in Electrical preferred- Strong knowledge of Construction practices, and/or knowledge of general building design and construction principles.- You will have strong problem solving ability- You are able to exercises independent judgement within defined practices and procedures.
