**The Organization**:

You will be working for driven and experienced partners who are dedicated to their long-standing clients across NFP, large private businesses, membership-based organisations and hospitality.

**About the Role**:
You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, advise and make a real impact. Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Working with clients with turnovers of up to $350 million
- Supervising and coaching staff for the audit projects | Reviewing junior work
- Job budgeting, job completion, planning and documenting
- Planning audits (designing and implementing audit strategies and procedures)
- Completing fieldwork, analyzing financial information and offering audit advice
- Completion and management of client work assignments within an efficient time frame
- Being a point of contact for client queries

**About You**:

- Experience in external audit in Australia following AASB
- Proper documentation skills
- Technically strong knowledge with Australian Accounting Standards
- CPA/CA qualified
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experienced in completing hands on audit fieldwork
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
