**Description**:
About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a part-time Field Vitamin Trainer - 4 days per week - to increase the sell through of our VMS portfolio of brands - Bioglan / Medlab by ensuring that all internal and pharmacy staff are trained and motivated and are confident in selling the product.

Critical to the role is the execution of both in-store and venue training as well as "hands on" demonstration events.

Whilst this role is based in Sydney, there will be regular regional trips throughout NSW.

Conduct in-store training for Vitamin Staff / Retail Managers with a focus on New Products and Cycle hero products - 2-5 staff per training
Conduct event training for key accounts and state based groups - in own state sand sometimes in another state
Developing and maintaining rapport with all levels of pharmacy personnel
Contribute to the culture of customer service and organisational efficiency and effectiveness by acting ethically, honestly and fairly at all times

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you

Previous training experience (to both small and large (30+) groups is essential
Pharmacy or department store sales/counter experience is preferred
Vitamins and Health food retail background preferred, but not essential
Qualifications in Naturopathy or Herbalist preferred
Previous facilitation experience essential
Strong rapport building and interpersonal relationship skills
Ability to work autonomously and confidently
Highly motivated
