**Your opportunity**

Join our fun and dynamic team at **Westfield Bondi Junction** as a casual **Valet Parking Attendant**, where you'll be part of creating memorable moments for our customers from the moment they arrive.

In this role, you'll deliver a seamless and premium valet experience — providing outstanding customer service, ensuring vehicle safety and security, and supporting a smooth, efficient arrival and departure process. You'll be a key part of a team that values strong customer relationships and upholds the highest standards of service.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

- **Be the face of Westfield Bondi Junction** - warmly welcome every customer and set the tone for a great experience from the moment they arrive.
- **Deliver a smooth, premium valet service** - safely park and retrieve vehicles while ensuring speed, care, and a personal touch.
- **Keep things moving** - manage traffic flow in the valet area and help direct vehicles when things get busy.
- **Handle transactions with confidence** - process valet payments accurately via cash or card.
- **Check in with customers** - ensure their experience exceeds expectations and be a friendly point of contact.

This role is an ongoing casual position, ideal for someone with flexible availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster.
