Generous employee discounts on adidas productCareer development with an iconic global sports brandResponsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:Achieving store targets and providing an optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.Role modelling our service and selling standards to deliver outstanding customer experiences while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.Representing the adidas brand and company values in an inspiring and impactful manner.Executing and maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring adequate shop floor replenishment.Training and coaching team members to enhance service skills and deepen brand and product knowledge.Coordinating inventory processing for efficiency and seamless stock-to-floor flow.Sharing best practices to improve overall store team performance.Experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:Retail team leadership in men's/women's apparel or sports footwearVisual merchandisingStockroom proceduresTo apply, press the "Apply" button and follow the instructions.
