Job Description
As a Retail Team Member, you will help create and sustain a high-performance culture and deliver great customer experience across the store, including:
Working across multiple areas within the store from customer-facing to back of house.
Delivering high levels of customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience through merchandising of products on the sales floor.
Supporting efficient stock delivery and processing into store, following receiving processes.
Qualifications
Passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games.
Enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused with a results orientation.
Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
