We're on the lookout for passionate and charismatic bartenders to join the opening team at Vineria Luisa, a neighbourhood wine & gin bar bringing a slice of Italy to Enmore.

What We're Looking For
You'll bring energy, personality, and a love of Italian drinking culture. Prior experience in Italian venues is a big plus

Essential Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- NSW RSA Certificate (current)
- Full Australian working rights
- Minimum 1 year experience in bars or restaurants
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced setting
- High grooming standards and attention to detail
- Availability on weekends and public holidays

Nice to Have
- Italian language skills (bonus)
- Barista experience

Your Responsibilities
- Bar setup and pack down
- Keeping the bar clean and organised
- Restocking and maintaining bar supplies
- Making cocktails to spec (don't worry — cheat sheets provided)
- Pouring wine and spirits with confidence and care
- Preparing espresso coffees
- Delivering warm, efficient and engaging service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $31.23 - $62.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
