**The Opportunity**:
The Data Validation team is the organisations business rules engine which performs critical data integrity checks across the core Administration systems.

The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring data validation rules (DVR's) are developed and tested accurately, timely and in line with stakeholder expectations. You will document the development of DVRs with approvals for every released rule and quality control / peer review DVRs.

Your responsibilities will also include:

- Maintaining QA on existing rules and updating as required
- Distributing regular reporting of rule breaks to business stakeholders
- Supporting the Financial Crime team with AML/CTF Anti-Fraud DV Reporting
- Mapping Investigate to the various business platforms and rolling out reporting benefits to other teams
- Ensuring incidents are identified as potential regulatory breaches are escalated as a matter of urgency
- Managing the confluence platform

In addition, your experience will also include:

- Previous leadership experience within financial services, ideally superannuation
- SQL knowledge and ability with proven experience in data analysis
- General understanding of Operational Business Processes and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
