Head of Application Platforms - SAP - $250K - Sydney or Melbourne
Our client, a leading infrastructure services organisation, is seeking aHead of Application Platformsto take a strategic and operational lead across their enterprise-wide systems portfolio.
This is apermanent, full-time opportunitybased in eitherSydney or Melbourne, with ahybrid work model (3 days in the office per week).
Thetotal remuneration package is up to $250,000 including super.
In this role, you'll have full end-to-end ownership of a significant suite of applications—from strategy and development to ongoing support and optimisation.
You'll partner closely with the business to resolve support issues, provide functional consulting, and work with internal development teams to ensure changes align with digital standards and organisational goals.
Key Experience:
Proven experience managing enterprise platforms end-to-end, with a solid technology background
Familiarity withSAP systems(e.g., SAP ERP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, BTP/Flex Edge) and customer-facing applications
Strong leadership across similar tech functions in large, complex environments
Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and inspire high-performing teams
Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving measurable outcomes
Financial management experience related to tech delivery, licensing, and operations
Confident engagement with senior business stakeholders to shape operational processes and long-term strategy
