**The Position**
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the
**SHEQ Advisor / Site Administrator** role is to provide day to day SHEQ support by delivering direction, instruction and administrative support to the business and working to achieve company, operational and project goals.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Site Administration role or similar.
- Qualifications in Business/Project Administration/Office Management.
- Cert IV WHS/OHS or higher.
- OHS Construction Induction Card.
- Current WA "C" Class Drivers Licence.
- Knowledge of WHS Act, relevant regulations, codes and standards
- High level of organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- Good judgement and decision making.
- High level IT proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Experience with diary and travel management.

**Desirable Skills / Experience**
- ICAM investigation training
- Cert IV Training and Assessment
- First Aid and CPR Certificates
