As an Assistant Concession Manager, you'll work closely with the Concession Manager and Retail Brand Manager to help drive the performance of our Sportscraft & JAG concession pads in Myer.
You'll play a hands-on role across sales, people support, visual merchandising, rostering, and customer experience.As an Assistant Concession Manager, you will act as a brand ambassador for all our brands, supporting and inspiring your team to provide exceptional and personalised customer service, working 32.75 hours per week across Sunday to Thursday.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupporting sales and rankings: support sales across all brands and pads, monitor and respond to data, drive sales, support KPI achievement, and understand customer and competitor insights.Build relationships: communicate regularly with Myer store and floor management, collaborate with other concessions, and influence store relationships to ensure brands are prioritized.Team support and leadership: support store operations, attract and retain talent, promote safety and wellbeing, encourage leadership, assist with recruitment and training, and foster a performance culture.Customer experience: deliver exceptional service, maintain product knowledge, support grooming standards, resolve customer queries, and understand brand strategy.Visual merchandising: ensure products are styled according to brand standards, manage stock levels, and execute promotional merchandising timely.Operations and administration: support rostering, communication, stock management, loss prevention, and policy compliance.WHERE DO I SIGN?
