**We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual with experience in hospitality to join our team in Australia for a minimum 6-month term, with the potential for long-term collaboration. This is a 36-hour per week role (with potential for more), ideal for someone passionate, humble, and eager to learn the craft of artisanal pizza making in a professional kitchen environment.**

**Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is a must.**

Key Responsibilities:

- Train in the preparation and cooking of 12" regular and 18" maxi pizzas using a static deck oven.
- Learn to confidently handle multiple pizzas simultaneously under pressure.
- Develop skills in dough stretching, pizza topping, and ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- Occasionally act as a backup delivery driver (manual or automatic vehicle - must have a valid driver's license).
- Support stock and inventory management, learning how to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Follow instructions with precision and maintain high kitchen hygiene standards.
- Be open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or kitchen environments (not necessarily as a pizza chef).
- Willingness to learn and grow in the artisanal pizza craft.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Reliable, humble, and motivated team player.
- Good communication skills and willingness to follow procedures.
- Valid driving license (automatic or manual).
- **Must be available to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.**

Bonus if you have:

- Any prior kitchen or cooking experience.
- Familiarity with food safety procedures and local health regulations.
- Interest or experience in pasta or pasta service.
