**Job Description**:
This is an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Real Estate Management Services team based in Sydney CBD.

You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable from tenants in line with Colliers financial policies and procedures and managing the Accounts Receivable function, including Invoicing, Cash Receipting and Debt Management.

**Your duties will include**:

- Daily bank receipting including following up unmatched/unallocated receipts.
- Process Tenant EFT, BPAY, Credit Card and Cheque payments accurately on a daily basis Action expense adjustments as required.
- Work with the Property Managers in relation to tenant reconciliations, advise receipt allocations and tenant queries and provide clear and precise action points.
- Process ad hoc Accounts Receivable transactions as required e.g. credit apply.
- Prepare and circulate Suspense Account Reconciliation.
- Respond to tenant and internal client inquiries.

**Qualifications**:
**In order to succeed in this position you will possess**:

- Degree qualified.
- Experience in a similar role with an understanding of financial principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work under pressure and work to deadlines.
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
