You'll team up with the Store Manager to keep the store looking fantastic, build an awesome team, manage inventory, and create a welcoming vibe with friendly service that makes a real impact across the community.

Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations to maintain a high standard of store appearance and customer service.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising to ensure the store is well-organised and appealing.
Lead and develop a team, support rostering and payroll-related tasks, and contribute to achieving store goals and sales targets.
Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service to create memorable experiences for customers.
Assist with compliance and safety practices, including liquor licensing requirements as applicable.
Qualifications
Experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality or customer-facing environments with a willingness to learn our products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; enjoy engaging with customers.
Experience with admin tasks such as payroll, rostering, inventory management, and maintaining an organised store.
RSA certification, or willingness to obtain one if not held.
