Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Mable Full time

**We're powered by purpose**

Mable is an online platform connecting Australians looking for disability and aged care support to independent support workers. Since 2014, we've been helping our community live their kind of independence, and today we're one of Australia's largest and fastest growing healthtech platforms.

We have been recognised in AFR's Fast 100 list, Deloitte's Tech Fast 50, and won the Australian Growth & Australian Technology Growth Company of the Year Award in 2020 So don't miss your opportunity to join a thriving scale-up and deliver change to Australia's care and support sector.

This is a rare opportunity for a dynamic and pragmatic compliance manager to join the Mable Legal, Regulatory and Compliance team in a scaling business. You will thrive in a varied role where you will work as part of a small team, collaborating with business functions to address regulatory issues and provide solutions. You will also assist with developing compliance and governance processes to support business growth.

You will work under the Head of Legal, Regulatory and Compliance yet have autonomy to use your compliance expertise to advise on a wide range of matters, influencing the delivery of Mable's strategic objectives. Working in a profit-for-purpose technology company means you will be able to make a meaningful and positive impact with your compliance skills.

- Manage non-compliance in respect of legislation by utilising a range of administrative compliance tools.
- Manage business wide advisory on privacy and compliance matters, counselling on industry code, interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with training and embed learning on latest privacy and compliance programs.
- Conduct regular compliance audits to identify any gaps in compliance and support continuous improvement in systems and processes.
- Performing other duties as directed.
- Stay up to date with relevant regulations (IP, Privacy, Spam Act) and assist stakeholders in achieving and maintaining compliance
- Provide in-depth expertise on privacy best practices, privacy impact assessments and the evolving landscapes of data protection and cybersecurity.

- Attention to detail and a high-level of accuracy
- Ability to interact with management levels of a business and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to influence others to drive action and uncover potential risk to the business
