**About the Role**

We are seeking skilled and experienced **Male Disability Support Workers**, to join ourteam in Geelong, VIC. You will support people with disability living in their own home in **Winchelsea**, providing various supports including personal care and daily living.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Follow person-centred support and behaviour plans
- Provide assistance with High Intensity daily personal activities
- Facilitate client goal achievement through meaningful activities
- Maintain thorough record keeping
- Build positive relationships with clients, families and colleagues
- Advocate for client choice and control

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience working with people with disability
- Previous experience working behaviours of concern
- Prior experience working with high medical needs
- An unrestricted Australian driver's licence
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.96 - $35.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Working with people with developmental disabilities: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
