If you are passionate about customer service, love a bustling team environment and have a love for shoes and fashion then this could be the role for you.

Edward Meller Ladies shoes prides itself on its reputation as a provider of quality craftsmanship, comfort, fit and function and has cultivated a cult following over its extensive history. An attainable luxury product that you can be a part of in our Edward Meller team. Successful applicants will enjoy commission and a generous staff discount.

Must be available to work weekdays, weekends and evenings.

Duties of role
- Maintain excellent standards of customer service
- Build and develop customer loyalty
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up issues to resolution
- Merchandising and general store operations

Skills and Experience required
- Proven experience in retail
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong sales ability
- Experience in achieving sales targets
- Energetic and positive team member
