About the role

The successful applicant should be a customer service expert, they should possess the necessary skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Outstanding Customer Service and interpersonal skills; Supporting and selling to our Valued Customers is the highest priority of our Stores. You will need to be able to give advice and guidance to tradesman and DIY customers to help them complete a project.

A varied and challenging role, the duties include but are not limited to merchandising, ticketing, restocking timber racks, order picking, GREAT customer service

Skills and Experience:

- The ability to multi-task and 'Be Mighty Helpful' with all duties.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A desire to challenge yourself and show initiative in your work.
- Great customer service skills
- Knowledge of building materials is an advantage but not essential
- If you have a positive attitude, are keen to learn new skills and have a go, we want to hear from you

**Salary**: $21.62 - $26.00 per hour
