We currently have a 2IC role available in
Ivanhoe VIC 3079.
The 2IC Role
As the Second in Charge (2IC), you'll be a key leader in delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our service.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about childcare and leadership, ready to make a meaningful impact on the children, parents, and team.
Your Role Will Include
Program Magic: Assist in designing and delivering exciting, enriching activities that reflect the interests of the children in your program.
Stay Compliant: Help ensure the program meets all industry regulations and standards.
Parent Champion: Interact with parents and assist with their inquiries to provide outstanding support.
Community Connector: Represent TeamKids within the school community by attending events, assemblies, and more when the Director is unavailable.
Bring the Fun: Play, engage, and have a blast with primary school-aged kids.
Holiday Hero: Co-manage or coordinate activities during the school holiday program.
Required Hours
This is an After School Care only role
After School Care: 2:45pm - 6:00pm
Total Hours: 16.25
The Successful Candidate
Passionate about working with kids, full of energy, and eager to have fun
A strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Ideally has previous experience in Before and After School Care or education, but we can provide training
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Seeking stable, permanent part-time hours.
Qualified or studying towards a Diploma in early childhood education.
