DWS is seeking multiple **Oracle PeopleSoft Developers / Technical Analysts** for a 6+ month engagement in Brisbane.
Working closely with our client in an embedded team, you will develop & document technical requirements related to system integration, data migration, and decommissioning activities across 2 major projects.

**Type**: ACN Contract, or Max Term
**Length**: 6+ months
**Rate**: up to $1000/day (ACN), or up to $225K pkg (max term)
**Start**: Immediately / ASAP
**Where**: Central Brisbane, QLD
**Style**: Hybrid; 3 days per week on-site + WFH

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage and execute environment deployments and runsheet development to facilitate the release of functionality within the Oracle PeopleSoft system
- Collaborate with technical teams (integration specialists, developers, data engineers) to ensure accurate interpretation of business requirements into technical solutions, especially focusing on API design, system integrations, and data flows.
- Support the Test Lead in developing and reviewing technical test cases for SIT and UAT, ensuring they align with integration and migration scenarios. Assist in validating testing outcomes and ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Perform data mapping and support migration activities, helping to define data flows between legacy and new systems. Collaborate with data engineers to troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues, ensuring data integrity and successful transformation.
- Run and participate in technical workshops and liaise with key stakeholders, including functional SMEs, to ensure technical solutions meet both business and technical requirements.
- Produce technical documentation, including detailed technical specifications, integration schemas, and user documentation, ensuring all project stakeholders understand the technical aspects of the solution.
- Working with the Technical teams to identify, classify and then retest defects based on the testing activities.
- Contributing to the Implementation Recommendation report to support the decision to Implement the product and supporting components, including the criteria to be used to make the Go-Live decision, informed by the Gap Analysis Report.
