Quality Personnel Service Group (QPSG),

Provides labour hire and recruitment solutions to businesses across supply chain, logistics and manufacturing sectors.

We are seeking capable and motivated process workers in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne for immediate start for successful.

**Job Opportunity**
- Somerville Area
- Monday to Friday Roster
- Weekly Roster Schedule
- $27 - $32 per hour
- Full Training Provided
- Casual conversion to permanent after 3 months

**Duties include not limited to**:

- Tending allocated assembly lines and performing tasks efficiently.
- Weighing poultry products
- Marination of products
- Inspecting and carrying out quality checks on all products
- Rehanging poultry post primary grading
- Placing a pad on a tray, a plastic liner in a crate
- Forming cartons manually or semi-automatically
- Packing boxes/Stacking pallets
- Moving products between work areas as directed
- Operating conveyor and shrink wrap machine
- Cleaning duties and maintaining a clean work space

**Skills/Experience**
- Physically fit to repetitively handling 5kg to 20kgs
- OH&S awareness and emphasis on safety in the workplace.
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable, committed and motivated with a willingness to learn
- Team player and enjoying meeting targets
- Able to work long periods on your feet
- Able to understand and follow instructions and procedures

**In addition, you must have**:

- The ability to start immediately if successful
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends when required
- Own car and Drivers Licence
- Be a permanent Australian resident or citizen
- Supply two recent employer referees (relevant to the role)
