**Medical Receptionist - I-MED Radiology - St Andrews Hospital Spring Hill**

Location: St Andrews Hospital Spring Hill + Wesley Hospital

Hours: Rotating roster between 6:30am - 9pm Monday to Friday

Weekend Hours: Rotating roster for Saturday morning paid as overtime

Shift Length: 8.5 hours per day M-F

Rostered Time Off: One scheduled day off per month

Employment Type: Full Time

**About the Role**

St Andrews Hospital is seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Medical Receptionist to join our team. This is a key front-line role where you'll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, helping to create a welcoming and professional environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointments, patient records, and general admin duties
- Support with scheduling and coordination of patient appointments
- Handle phone enquiries and maintain clear communication across departments
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards

- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare reception role (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable using medical software and office technology
- A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to patient care
