About the Role
This position is responsible for delivering finance business partnering services to internal clients. The role requires providing sound financial advice, guidance and support to internal clients, and driving improvements to finance business partnering related frameworks, systems and procedures.
Under supervision, undertake a range of finance business partnering support activities, including budget development, actual financial performance monitoring, analysis and reporting, and financial management of projects/programs.
Assist in the provision of sound advice, guidance, and support to internal clients regarding budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, financial management of projects/programs and financial operations.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in finance procedures that result in business benefits.
Apply written and oral communication skills and exercise professional judgement to provide insight into finance business partnering activities undertaken for internal clients.
Use conceptual and analytical skills to analyse and respond to financial business performance issues where defined policy and procedures may not be well-defined.

In this role, you will support financial operations by interpreting and analysing budgets, monitoring variances, processing transactions, and assisting with financial reporting while ensuring efficiency and accountability.
Qualifications and Experience
Tertiary qualification in a relevant or a related field.
