the roleReporting to the Outbound Manager, this Pick Packer role is to participate in our warehouse operations and activities.
Responsibilities include storing materials, picking and packing.This role is based in Rocklea QLD.

The list below is not exhaustive, and the duties/responsibilities may vary to meet the overall objectives of the company.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pack, wrap, label, ship)Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisationCommunicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workersOperate and maintain the warehouse and equipmentFollow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulationsMaintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and securityEnsure quality assurance guidelines are followed (HACCP, SQF etc.)Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/requiredPhysically fit to safely perform manual handling tasks, including but not limited to lifting boxes, in line with workplace health and safety standardsQualificationsProven working experience as a warehouse worker for a minimum of 1 yearAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to lift heavy objectsIndustry experience in food service/hospitality is highly regardedForklift license is highly regardedPhysically fit to safely perform manual handling tasksHow to applyIf you like the sound of us and you have the skills, experience and motivation to succeed in this role thendon\'t miss this opportunity to become part of the Morco Fresh family.
