**In this role, you will focus on**:
**Supplier Setup and Management**
- Coordinate the setup of new suppliers in the financial system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for supplier onboarding.

**Influencer Payments**
- Process and track payments to influencers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Resolve payment issues and inquiries from influencers.
- Reconcile payment discrepancies and ensure all financial transactions are documented.

**Campaign Set Up and Monitoring**

- Prepare Campaign Estimates in the financial system for each campaign and reconcile the costs against these.
- Update the Influencer AI Workflow Platform with remittance advices and other updates to influencer payments.
- Work closely with the Billings Team to ensure that all campaigns are invoiced on time to the clients.
