We are looking for a **Delivery Lead** for one of our clients in Sydney, Australia.

**Short Description**:
Suppose your passion is to work with Py-Spark SQL, SQL, Databricks, Teradata/ Cloudera, DevOps, Python. Then this role is for you.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for planning, managing and execution of the Data Migration activities.
- Estimate, Co-ordinate, Plan and Assign work to the team members and do quality checks on the work completed.
- Conduct regular sessions with business users and translate the discussions to requirements.
- Co-ordinate and develop executive briefing materials for the senior management promoting and reporting on the project/program to key stakeholders.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- 5 to 6 or more years of experience in delivery large scale Azure Cloud based data migrations.
- Highly experienced in Py-Spark SQL, SQL, Databricks, Teradata/ Cloudera, DevOps, Python.
- Stakeholder management experience working with senior level stakeholders to deliver change.
- Experience with co-ordination of many dependencies and multiple demanding stakeholders in a complex, large-scale deployment environment.
- Approach to management of project delivery methodology.
- Proven skills in co-ordination, staff management and leadership working with vendors and internal teams.
- Leadership skills to coach, co-ordinate and grow a successful delivery team
- Knowledge of Telecom domain.
- Ability to manage a diverse and challenging stakeholder community.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team or independently.
- Capable of working under tight deadlines.
- Flexible to work from office.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
