In this role, you will bring your experience and willingness to learn in order to support the team.
You will interact and manage internal and external customer enquiries and relationships; either in person, through phone calls or through emails.
As a self-motivated, quick thinker, you quickly adapt and can juggle more than one task at any given time.This is a Monday to Friday, opportunity.
What Will You Do?
Interact with customers, and manage those relationships and enquiries either face to face, via phone and/or emailCollaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, warehouse and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met — including product specifications, special packaging, and delivery timetablePrepare and follow up on customer quotes, whilst supporting our sales teams and branches across AustraliaProvide internal support and regular feedback to our sales teams with customer and competitor informationResolve issues and seek ways to improve the customer's experienceBe accountable for timely task completion and updating systems accordingly
