**About the role**

A rare opportunity is available for a Retail Store Manager of our Truganina store. The Retail Store Manager is responsible for leading and executing retail best practice in the provision of tyre and auto service sales for Bridgestone Select Truganina, whilst ensuring sales and profitability targets for the store are achieved. With safety as a core focus, the Retail Store Manager is responsible for driving sales and productivity, whilst leading and developing staff.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, this role offers career growth opportunities.

**About you**

Leveraging your diverse skills and operational experience you will be responsible for leading operational best practice, championing a culture of outstanding customer experience, whilst pro-actively driving continuous improvement. You will have demonstrated leadership experience and be passionate about mentoring and empowering your team. You will also be committed to leading a 'safety first' culture and be able to demonstrate implementing activities which achieve positive HSE outcomes.

Your leadership and drive will ensure sales, profit and operational targets are understood and achieved and your determination will drive exceptional service delivery and strengthen Bridgestone's position as a market leader. Skills and experience we are seeking:

- Sales management experience
- Experience in managing, engaging, and motivating employees
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Knowledge of HSE Issues relevant to work activities and work area
- Automotive mechanical qualification preferred
- Certificate IV in Front Line Management desirable, but not essential

Knowledge of the tyre industry will assist your transition into this career defining role however is not essential. Training will be provided to assist you to succeed in the role. If you are serious about joining a global employer then we would like to hear from you.
