Full-Time Accountability Coach For High-Performance Entrepreneur

I'm a busy entrepreneur looking for a **dedicated, no-nonsense accountability coach** to push me to my highest level of productivity. If you have a background in **coaching, military discipline, or high-performance training** and know how to **keep someone laser-focused**, this role is for you.

Your job? **Make sure I don't procrastinate.** I need someone who will keep me on track, hold me to my commitments, and push me past excuses. You should be comfortable **enforcing structure, calling me out when necessary, and keeping me locked into my daily goals**—all while balancing discipline with a results-oriented approach.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Full-time oversight** of my daily productivity
- Creating and enforcing **strict schedules and accountability systems**:

- **Working by my side, in person, all day long** to ensure execution and eliminate distractions.
- Checking in frequently throughout the day to ensure execution
- Helping me **overcome procrastination and mental resistance**:

- Adjusting strategies to **maximize efficiency and output**:

- Keeping me **disciplined and on-task**, no matter what

**Who You Are**:

- Experienced in **coaching, military-style discipline, personal training, or high-performance environments**:

- Able to **hold someone accountable**:

- Great at identifying **productivity pitfalls and eliminating them**:

- Available for a **full-time, hands-on role, in Perth**

**Compensation**:
Competitive, based on experience and effectiveness.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
