**About the role**

This is a newly created role, offering support to the Accounts Receivable Manager.
- Debtors Reconciliation - Investigating and resolving debtor and cash receipts discrepancies including liaison with customer, drivers, Store Managers, Warehouse Manager, and other departments as required
- Daily review of bank statements for incoming payments
- Timely and accurate allocations of cash receipts and payments
- Assisting with daily bank reconciliations and merchant statements
- Reconcile unallocated debtors
- Provide support to the wider Accounts Receivable and Sales Admin team
- Support the Accounts Receivable Manager with change and improvement initiatives

**About you**
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounts Receivable role
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Approaching any issues both internal and external with a strong customer service focus and positive attitude
- Can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Team player
- Business outcomes focused
- Flexible and responsive to change
