Entry level opportunity in Rouse Hill to secure a Retail Traineeship in a landscape timber materials store. Gain on the job experience while completing a Certificate III in Retail, a nationally recognised qualification.

Work for a family owned small business who focuses on career progression and investing their time into your career with them. Customer service, quoting, sales, timber product knowledge and much more is what your day-to-day would look like.

Prior customer service or retail experience is an advantage but not essential.

Are you new to workforce, or seeking a change and looking forward to committing to a career with ongoing support and development? Would you love the opportunity to grow in a hands-on role that supports the building industry? Not only do you get secure, stable full-time hours, but also a fantastic opportunity to work towards a nationally recognised qualification in Certificate III in Retail.

**What's involved?**

During the training contact duration you get to the learn the following:

- Customer Service knowledge
- Product knowledge about timber and other building materials including fencing, decking, retaining walls, logs & sleepers
- POS processes
- Store duties
- WHS procedures and housekeeping
