**The Role**

We are currently seeking a** Lead Educator Early Learning** who, under the direction of the Early Learning Centre Manager and Leadership Team, will lead the implementation of the care program catering to the individual needs of each child within their group setting.

Early Childhood Educators play a crucial role at the College, with each day offering a variety-filled and dynamic experience.

You will provide leadership in delivering high-quality, inclusive programs within the Centre. You will have expert knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework and relevant state-based curriculums, child development and learning to lead the room's education program and practice as well as the Centre practice to meet or exceed the National Quality Standard.

You will also contribute to the professional identity of the Centre, raising the quality of the education program and practice and develop the principals of Reggio Emilia into your practice.

Working closely with the Early Learning Centre Manager and the Early Learning Educational Leader, you will establish authentic and positive relationships with children and families to ensure positive outcomes for all children.

You will coach and supervise the room's Co-educator and the Centre team to deepen their understanding of pedagogy and to embed a culture of ongoing reflective practice.

This is rare opportunity to join our Early Learning Centre at the College in a Lead Educator role. It is Full Time, Perm, Mon - Fri.

**You will hold**:

- Minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent), or
- Bachelor in Early Learning/Early Childhood Education (or equivalent);
- Current Emergency First Aid Response in an Education and Care Setting certificate;
- Current ACECQA approved Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management Training;
- Accredited Child Protection Training.
