Your key accountabilities include:Provide Patrons with exceptional customer experienceMaintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for members, guests, visitors, and employees in accordance with the Club Policies and ProceduresEnforce & implement the Club RSA & RCG policyCommunicate and liaise with team members, kitchen, and other areas of operationEnsure all guest and member complaints are dealt with promptly and effectively ensuring our guest or member satisfied.Cash handling duties when requiredTake and deliver orders promptlyAssist with club activities and promotions (raffles, bingo, events when required).
Knowledge of the club activities, functions, events, and promotions and provide accurate information to all patronsMaintain workplace hygiene, work health and safety, and security proceduresThe main requirements to apply for the role includes:RSA and RCG Competency Card, or willingness to obtainFlexible availabilities including weekends and night shiftsRights to work in AustraliaAble to work in a teamStrong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressureExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh standard of personal presentationExcellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skillsA commitment to providing a high standard of customer serviceExcellent personal presentationWillingness to learnA responsible attitude to industry health and safety regulationsWhy do you want to work with us?
