Our Montclaire home is located in Brighton and is a unique, elegant, aged care residence within an outstanding heritage listed building where residents relax and enjoy the quaint, peaceful garden courtyards and a variety of intimate sitting areas.About The OpportunityWe have a number of shifts available for perm part time and casual carers.Personal Care Assistants are responsible for providing quality care, support and recreational activities to our home's residents.Provide care in line with resident's individual care needsReport all incidents and changes in resident behaviour to the nursesComplete all documentation and ensure compliance with relevant processesEstablish positive relationships with residentsAbout YouTo be successful, you'll need:Certificate III in Aged Care, Individualised Support or equivalentCommitment to work various hours with flexibility to pick up additional shiftsAbility to communicate and build rapport with residents, families and team membersThe successful applicant must complete a National Police Check, provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination and may be required to undertake a NDIS check.Our residential aged care communities are supported by specialised teams who care deeply about our residents' individual needs.
