IPA is looking for a confident **High Reach Racking Forklift Operator/Pick Packer** to work with our client based in Jandakot.

**Duties**:

- Picking/Packing orders using a voice pick system
- Wrap pallets
- General Housekeeping
- Transferring stock around the warehouse using EPM
- Working the various temperatures (Dry store, Chiller and Freezer)

**Successful applicants will**:

- Have previous experience working as an order picker (pref with Voice pick expereince, highly desired)
- Have previous experience using RF equipment
- Have previous experience on a Forklift with High Reach Racking experience
- Ability to work in all areas of the warehouse (Dry store, Chiller & Freezer)
- Shifts length approx 6-8 hours each
- Be able to start as soon as possible
- Have high attention to detail
- High level of accuracy
- Ability to work in a face paced environment
- Ability to work to KPI's to ensure customer dealines are met
- Be available long term and be a team player
- Have reliable transport
- Able to lift 23kg or more
- Be able to complete a Medical including Drug & Alcohol screen (our expense)
- Complete all online training and onboarding requirements

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jandakot, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Order picker: 1 year (preferred)
- High Reach Racking: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
