Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead and manage cybersecurity projects within our organization.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, particularly in the cybersecurity domain, and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to align project goals with security objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and deliver cybersecurity projects on time, within scope, and budget.
- Develop project charters, work breakdown structures, timelines, and risk registers.
- Manage resources, stakeholders, and third-party vendors effectively.
- Coordinate implementation of security controls, monitoring solutions, and incident response plans.
- Oversee vulnerability management, web penetration testing, and IS audits.
- Ensure projects comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in cybersecurity or IT security projects.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO).
- Strong understanding of risk assessment, incident management, and cyber threat intelligence services.
- Proficiency in Project Management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana).
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, including coordination across multiple teams and business units.
- Basic knowledge of Telecommunications Network Inventory to collaborate with technical teams and understand project scope.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
- Certified Information Systems Security (CISSP) or similar certifications.
- Experience in Azure Cloud security.
