Our NDIS community program at Explore healthcare services is seeking a passionate Support Worker to work with a 2 clients living in Midland (male) and Harrisdale (female) who enjoys social participation.

You will collaborate closely with other organisations and aim to increase client engagement and community participation and domestic tasks including cleaning, cooking, washing and all other household tasks.

You will be required to support a young lady who requires **female **only supports (Harrisdale WA) and a young man who prefers **male **only supports (Midland WA). No mobility issues and can travel in a standard vehicle.

You must have:
Knowledge of using a person centred active support model

Personal safety & disengagement training (desirable)

High level of professionalism

Resilient, focused, and engaging with a collaborative approach

Driving licence with reliable vehicle to use for work purposes
