**About the Role**

Due to internal moves, we are looking for a superstar Café Attendant to provide leadership and guidance within the Cafe team of our shore-based premises "The Departure Lounge". This is an exciting and varied role which will see you provide our passengers with an exceptional experience by ensuring we deliver first class customer service.

Working as part of a team and taking responsibility for the efficient operations of our Café, including safety, legislative compliance, operational and administrative functions is the basis of this role.

If you are energetic, committed, professional, self-motivated, can work autonomously and successfully within a diverse team, this role is for you.

As this is a 365-day operation, so you must have the flexibility to be available for a roster to include a weekend and public holidays.

**Skills, Qualifications & Experience**
- Prior experience leading staff in a similar fast paced, hospitality focused role - Essential
- Responsible Service of Alcohol - Essential
- Food Safety Course - Essential
- Espresso Coffee Making trained - Desirable
- First Aid/CPR certificates (or willing to obtain)
