Simulation Administration Assistant

Due to the recent appointment of a Simulation Co-ordinator in Medical Education an exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and motivated Administration Assistant to join our team.
- We are looking for an individual who will be committed to upholding and promoting the Ramsay Way core values.
- You will work in conjunction with our Post Graduate Medical Education team and have the opportunity to grow with us.

**Responsibilities & Statement of Duties**
- Work under the supervision of the Simulation Coordinator & collaboratively with the Key stakeholders at Joondalup Health Campus to arrange dates, venues and faculty for Simulation Based Education
- Advertise, promote and arrange bookings for Simulation Based Education
- Finance & Invoicing for Simulation Based Education
- Maintenance, generation, & distribution of simulation based education material
- Program Co-facilitation under the supervision of the Simulation Coordinator (e.g. Timing, catering etc)
- Flexible/Negotiable rostering to assist with the cover for co-facilitating Simulation Based Education
- Assist PGME department if required
- Other duties as determined by Director Postgraduate Medical Education

**Selection Criteria**

**Essential**:

- Experience in education and training program development, and implementation and evaluation in health or related fields.
- Demonstrated highly developed communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written) including demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to generate enthusiasm, a resourceful and resilient personality and an approachable and tactful manner.
- Proficient computing skills, including Microsoft Office Suite in particular Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Exceptional organisation skills and initiative

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in a health care setting
- Knowledge of postgraduate medical education and training requirements

**Remuneration**: On offer is hourly rate ranging from $34.98 - $36.85 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances
