As our** Workplace Manager**, you'll be at the forefront of shaping experiences that inspire connection, collaboration, and productivity. Reporting to the Head of Workplace, you'll lead a team of professionals dedicated to delivering seamless, high-quality service and fostering a culture of enablement and inclusion. This role combines strategic oversight with hand-on leadership, ensuring a workplace experience that reflects NAB's commitment to customer centricity and service excellence.
**What You'll do**
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of workplace services, including:
- Executive and Board Services
- Concierge Services and front-of house services
- Events and Hospitality Management
- Visitor and Access Management
- On-site Support Services
- Catering, Kitchen and Utility Services
- Carparking, End of Trip Facilities and Mail Services
- Collaborate with building management and service providers to deliver best-in-class services aligned with NAB's goals for quality, speed, and customer centricity.
- Shape and execute workplace strategies that anticipate and exceed the needs of colleagues, driving improvements in service delivery and experience.
- Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders, fostering alignment between workplace services and organisational priorities.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Workplace Leads, Consultants, and Advisors to deliver seamless service.
- Identify opportunities to enhance workplace services, ensuring they evolve to reflect our ambitions, goals and commitments.
