We are currently seeking a full time, Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator who is mature, passionate, vibrant and natural leaders, working in the Preschool Room at our brand new, 52 place service located in Blakehurst NSW

Your primary responsibility will be to work with a colleague with 20 preschool aged children, providing amazing care and guidance to your children and their families alike

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**
- Educating and ensuring the health and safety of children, alongside your colleagues, ensuring the successful implementation of our play-based program
- Responsible for all room documentation such as program planning, journals, observations, etc
- Developing and implementing an educational programs involving observation, planning and implementing learning experiences to promote children's development, evaluating, and keeping appropriate records.
- Be innovative and motivated to lead a centre to continue being a centre of choice within our local community.
- Have a strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide an overall service that exceeds expectations
- Liaising and consulting with parents and the local community to further their involvement with the Centre

**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO POSSESS TO BE CONSIDERED?**
- A LOVE of early childhood education
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education, with preferably 4+ years experience.
- Must have prior Room Leader / 2IC experience
- Current First Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
- Current Working With Children Check
- Child Protection Training
- Comprehensive understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to continue learning and investing in your ongoing professional development.
